Polaris Tweel Installation Tips

01
Match Bolt Pattern

Use the exact Polaris OEM bolt pattern. Ranger and RZR patterns differ — confirm your specific model before ordering.

02
Verify Offset

Ranger vs. RZR offsets are not interchangeable. Front and rear offsets also differ — check the fitment chart for your exact model.

03
Torque to Spec

Follow Polaris OEM lug-nut torque specifications. Improper torque can affect Tweel seating and long-term durability.

04
Note Speed Limits

Tweels on certain RZR 900 models may exceed posted speed limits. Review the fitment guide notes before installing on high-speed machines.
