1. We make no warranty as to products distributed by us, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We will, however, pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties. If a consumer returns an item to Farm & Trail for warranty issues and the item is warranted directly by the manufacturer, the item will be returned to the consumer.
2. The manufacturer is solely responsible for any damage to persons or property arising from the design, manufacture, and testing of its products. Farm & Trail accepts no liability for such damages.
3. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
