How to Initiate a Refund

Orders are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please log in to your account and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), or contact us for assistance.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15% may apply based on the condition of the returned item.

Administrative & Payment Processing Fee

A non-refundable administrative fee of 5% of the order total will be applied to all approved returns and cancellations. This fee recoups the payment processing costs we incur on the original transaction that are not returned to us by payment processors regardless of the outcome of the sale.

This fee is waived in the following circumstances:

  • The return or cancellation is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped)
  • The item is being returned under a manufacturer's warranty or verified product defect
  • The return is initiated due to damage that occurred during shipping

In all other cases — including buyer's remorse, incorrect fitment ordered by the customer, or change of mind — the 5% fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made products are final sale. In special cases, returns may be considered with up to a 50% restocking fee.

Windshields

Windshields must be unused or have the protective film intact. Opened windshields may incur up to a 50% restocking fee.

Incorrect Orders / Mistakes

Returns due to customer error are at the buyer’s expense. If the error is on our side, a full refund may be issued.

Cancellations

Cancellations before shipping may incur a 5% processing fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping & Handling

Original outbound shipping, return shipping, and handling charges are generally non-refundable. In most cases, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an item.

If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part or the manufacturer’s (such as incorrect item shipped, verified defect, or damaged product upon arrival), we may cover reasonable inbound and/or outbound shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label at our discretion.

Any exceptions to this policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and documented with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Timing & Method of Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for processing.

Affirm Financing

  • Interest already paid is not refunded.
  • Refunds are applied to the remaining loan balance.
  • Customers remain responsible for financing fees or charges.
