Before You Buy: Universal UTV Fitment
- This is a universal underbody system, not a guaranteed make/model-specific kit.
- Requires a working winch installed on a compatible vehicle-specific winch mount. The winch and winch mount are not included.
- Installation may require drilling or trimming a skid plate or guard and shortening the supplied U-bolts.
- Confirm suitable frame attachment points, winch-line routing and front-tire clearance before ordering.
The Kolpin UTV Switchblade Plow System packages the blade, push frame and universal plow mount together for a simpler UTV plow setup. Its stamped-steel blade can be assembled at either 60 or 72 inches wide, letting the owner select the width that best suits the vehicle and plowing area. The width is selected during blade assembly.

The universal plow mount included with this system attaches the plow to the UTV. It does not replace the mounting plate used to secure a winch to the vehicle.

Universal Mounting Information
Kolpin's instructions describe the mount as designed for multiple UTV brands and frame layouts. The front edge of the base mount plate should be positioned approximately 17-19 inches from the bottom edge of the front bumper. Round- and square-frame U-bolts are supplied, but the exact installation varies by vehicle.
The manual includes example mounting layouts for the Polaris Ranger XP 900/1000, Kawasaki Mule Pro-FX/Pro-DX, classic Polaris RZR 570, Can-Am Defender and Yamaha Wolverine. These are installation examples, not blanket fitment guarantees for every model year, trim or configuration.
Important: Inspect the underside of the vehicle before ordering. Wires, hoses, brake lines, skid plates, guards and other accessories must not interfere with the plow mount or winch line.
