We believe in building a product that is functional and dependable - and does the job that it was built to do. Should our products fail in any way, through normal use, we insist on repairing or replacing it.
However, products sometimes can be damaged due to intentional or unintentional misuse. The product still needs to be repaired or replaced and even in this situation, we commit to providing you the most economical solution possible.
