You can receive a refund for your order under most circumstances within the first 30 days. After 30 days, your order is no longer eligible for a refund, however Manufacturer Warranty Replacement is still available if applicable.

To get your refund, please Log-In to your account, and request an RMA or submit a ticket/email to request we create one for you. Refunds are processed within two business days after receives the returned order. A Restocking Fee of 15% may be applied to your return/refund based on the condition of the return, or the item classification. An Representative will contact you if your return warrants a Restocking Fee. 

Custom made products are Final Sale. If there are special circumstances regarding your order, will consider the returned based on the order details. There is a restocking fee of up to 50% and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for initial shipment and return to 

Windshields - Windshields may be returned subject to standard return policy with the exception that windshields must be either unused or the protective film must still be intact. A windshield with the protective film/covering removed cannot be returned without express consent and permission from Farm and Trail - and in which case - a restocking fee of up to 50% may be assessed.

"Incorrect Application / Ordered by Mistake" - Farm and Trail is not responsible for orders made directly though our website that are either placed by mistake or placed incorrectly per the stated application or fitment. We understand accidents happen and are happy to accept a return, however all returns that fall under this category will be at the buyers expense. Orders placed correctly with a sales representative resulting in receiving the wrong product or a product that does not fit as advertised are subject to review and may qualify for a full refund if the information listed on our website is either outdated, incorrect or proven to be ordered and/or fulfilled incorrectly by a Farm and Trail Employee. does not work with affiliates or third party resellers and is not responsible for orders placed through any such individuals or agencies; any such referrals are made at the buyers own risk. Please confirm fitment prior to placing an order. 

When you receive the refund depends on how your bank processes the transaction. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Unless otherwise specified, the refund amount includes only the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless you received the wrong order or products were damaged in transit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you purchased your order with multiple payment methods, the refund is first applied to the credit card or PayPal account up to the original amount charged. If we are unable to process your refund Electronically, a paper check will be mailed to you. retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless expressly consents. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. While we make every effort to process your return as soon as possible, due the volume of orders we process each day we cannot guarentee your return will be processed immediately. Your return must be checked in, verified and inspected. This process takes time and we appreciate your patience while we ensure you return is handled properly. Your refund is not issued until we have received and inspected your return.
