Kioti Mower Michelin Tweel Fitment Guide (ZXR, ZXC, ZXS, ZXD)
Kioti zero-turn mowers are built for serious work, but like every mower that runs on pneumatic (air-filled) tires, they are vulnerable to flats, sidewall damage, and downtime. Michelin X® Tweel™ airless radial turf tires replace traditional tire-and-wheel assemblies with a single, bolt-on unit designed to eliminate flats and reduce maintenance. The current Michelin Tweel fitment guide lists several confirmed applications for Kioti commercial mowers.
This article summarizes those official fitments for Kioti ZXR, ZXC, ZXS, and ZXD series mowers, including the exact Tweel sizes and Michelin part numbers. Where Tweels are not yet confirmed, that is clearly noted so you can avoid guesswork.
How to Read the Kioti Tweel Fitment Tables
Each table below shows the mower model, deck size, original tire sizes, and any confirmed front-caster and rear-drive Tweel fitments. When a Michelin Tweel is listed, the size is shown along with the official MSPN (Michelin Stock/Part Number). For convenience, each MSPN is linked to a product page for more information and ordering.
If a position is marked “No confirmed fitment,” Michelin has not published a Tweel for that tire size and configuration as of the latest guide revision.
Kioti ZXR Series Fitment
The ZXR series includes 48, 54, and 60 inch deck models. As of the latest Michelin guide, only the 60 inch ZXR models list a confirmed front-caster Tweel. The 48 and 54 inch units do not yet have published Tweel fitments.

Kioti ZXR SE Series Fitment
ZXR SE models share the same deck sizes as the standard ZXR line. As with the base series, the current guide lists a front Tweel only for the 60 inch model.

Kioti ZXC Series Fitment
The ZXC family represents a higher-spec commercial series with 48, 54, and 60 inch decks. These models have broad Tweel support. All three list the same 13X6.5N6 Tweel for the front casters, and the 60 inch ZXC models add a rear-drive Tweel option.

ZXC SE and ZXC LT models share the same Tweel options as the ZXC60 configuration. All of these units list the 13X6.5N6 front Tweel and the 24x12N12 X-Tweel Turf on the rear.

Kioti ZXS Series Fitment
ZXS series mowers use a 23x10.5-12 rear tire and currently list a rear-only Tweel replacement in the Michelin fitment data. Front caster Tweels are not yet confirmed for these models.

Kioti ZXD Series Fitment
ZXD models are larger-frame machines using a 26x12-16 rear tire. For these mowers, the Michelin guide specifies the 26x12N12 X Tweel Turf XL as the replacement. This Tweel is designed for higher load capacity and more demanding commercial use.

Choosing the Right Tweel for Your Kioti Mower
When selecting a Tweel for your Kioti mower, match your exact model and deck size to the tables above and verify the Tweel size and MSPN. Because these fitments come directly from Michelin’s official guide, they represent the currently supported combinations of wheel size, offset, and load rating for each mower series.
If your Kioti model shows “No confirmed fitment” for a specific tire position, that simply means Michelin has not yet released an approved Tweel for that size. In those cases, standard pneumatic replacements remain the recommended option.
