Designed to fit most tractors and mowers on the market, the included Universal (UC) mounting kit works on any vertical roll bar in the 2"x2" or 3"x2" profile -- the standard ROPS size on the overwhelming majority of compact tractors and zero-turn mowers built today. It also accommodates moderate forward or backward lean up to 17 degrees, covering nearly every common ROPS configuration in the field.

In most cases, the Universal kit still fits. The dropdown above lists the specific machines we've confirmed compatibility on, but if your tractor or mower has a standard vertical 2"x2" or 3"x2" roll bar (which most do), the base canopy installs without any additional hardware. If you're not sure, send us a quick photo or model number and we'll confirm before you order.
When You'll Need a Specialty Plate
A small number of tractors and mowers use a heavily forward-leaning ROPS or non-standard mounting geometry that the Universal kit alone cannot accommodate. These models require one of our specialty mounting plates (sold as an option above for an additional $75):
- Select John Deere models -- 1023E/1025R with forward-lean ROPS, 2025R, certain ZTrak, Terrain Cut, and Precision Cut series
- Certain Kubota models -- including the Z400 series
- TYM & Branson -- select sub-compact and compact tractors
- Other forward-lean specific models -- such as eXmark Radius E-Series, Altoz TRX, Toro pre-2021 Z-Master with Radius ROPS, Spartan, certain Bad Boy commercial mowers, and a handful of others
If your machine is in this group, select it from the dropdown above and the correct plate will be added automatically. For everyone else, the base Universal canopy fits as-is -- no upgrades needed.
